Harmon Transportation recognises that the mental health and wellbeing of all employees is of the utmost importance and is a vital component to its success. Mental health problems affect all aspects of a person’s life including personal and professional relationships and workplace safety. As such, we acknowledge our primary duty of care to support our workers’ mental health in the workplace. We aim to continuously improve communication and support mental health in our workplace through effective management systems, consultations of health professionals and increased mental health awareness for our team through regular presentations and opportunities for personal development.
